This is a really nice list of things that can be done to make a team more autonomous and focused.

It also sounds like there’s a form of the Lean Startup methodology involved, especially when you talk about how the dispatching project. Were you doing this kind of product development at other projects in the company before, or is this something that kind of evolved out of the bigger freedom for the team?
